Le chanteur noir américain James Brown a été élevé par Colin Powell au rang de "ministre de la soul music".

M. Powell a procédé à cette "promotion" inattendue samedi soir lors d'une cérémonie au Kennedy Center, la grande salle de concerts de Washington, en l'honneur de grands artistes américains, dont James Brown.

L'idée n'est pas neuve : Parliament avait déjà soumis la proposition dans Chocolate City, ainsi que celle de Stevie Wonder comme Ministre des Arts... ;-)

Je trouve que c'est bien mérité tout ça. Par contre c'est assez étonnant que la décision vienne de C. Powell Wow!!!
